When you buy from The Insurance Pro Blog, your purchase comes with premium level support. Any messages that you send or questions you have will be answered within 24 hours (except for holidays and weekends).

All orders ship from Vermont. We ship orders either by United States Postal Service or United Parcel Service (UPS). We do not currently us FedEx for shipping orders. Should your order require that it be shipped only by UPS or United Postal Service, please leave us a message in the shipping instructions or contact us immediately after you place your order.
We offer shipping through the United States Postal Service (USPS) and the United Parcel Service (UPS). Shipping rates will be calculated automatically as you add items to your cart. You can choose the service you prefer during check out.
All orders shipping within the United States and U.S. territories qualify for free shipping when the order merchandise total is over $75.
Promotional shipping rates do not apply to orders shipping outside of the United States or U.S. Territories. Please contact us before placing your order for a shipping quote on your order if the shipping address is outside of the United States or U.S. Territories.
Vermont Simple Beauty generally ships all orders within 48 hours of receipt. Exceptions to this include: orders received on a non-business days (defined as Saturday and Sunday), U.S. Federally recognized holidays, and days listed on our Art/Craft Show Schedule page.
Please Note: payments using e-checks such as PayPal's e-check service will not ship until after the payment has cleared.
We do offer a pick up option for online orders. This option allows those who live or will be near by us to pick up orders and not pay shipping. If you choose this shipping option, we will contact you via email within 1 business day of your order to arrange pick up.
Essential oils, Perfume, and Cologne must ship via ground shipping. Additionally, this means we cannot ship these items to the states of Alaska and Hawaii nor can we ship them to U.S. Territories. We also cannot ship these items internationally.
Sales Tax, Tariffs, Etc.
Vermont residence must pay Vermont sales tax on orders at Vermont Simple Beauty. We will automatically add the sales tax owed to your order. We do not collect sales tax for any other customers.
We encourage customers who live in states with Use Taxes to check with a tax professional or their state's taxing authority to discern if Use Taxes are due on purchases from Vermont Simple Beauty.
We do not calculate or add taxes to international orders. If you are placing an order to ship outside of the United States, please check with appropriate sources to determine if you will owe taxes upon arrival of your order.
Refunds and Returns
Your satisfaction is our highest priority, please contact us using the contact form on this page should you have any questions or comments about your order.
We will replace or refund any items that arrive damaged. We will reship (at our expense) any incorrectly fulfilled orders. We will replace or refund any missing orders.
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or used. We cannot accept returns for any product with a tamper proof seal if the seal has been broken.
If you decide to return your purchase for a refund, please mail the items to us within 30 days of receipt. You will be responsible for all shipping charges to return your order. Please mail your returned items to:
